What is a "learner slot"?
A learner slot represents one active learner position in your courses. When a learner enrols, they occupy a slot. When you complete the course and submit results, that slot frees up for your next learner. Slots are reusable—that's how you teach hundreds of learners per year with a small package.
How can I teach 1,300 learners with only 25 slots?
Because slots are reusable. If you run 1-week workshops, you complete 52 cohorts per year. 25 slots × 52 weeks = 1,300 learners. For 4-week courses, it's 25 × 13 = 325 learners. Your capacity depends on course duration.
When do slots become available again?
Slots free automatically when you submit Results & Reports in the CDF system. This happens when your course completes and you've graded assessments. New system IDs generate immediately, ready for your next cohort.
What happens if I need more capacity?
You can upgrade anytime. Request the larger package, complete payment, and receive additional slots within 24 hours. Billing adjusts automatically. No penalties or restrictions.
What's included in the free trial?

Why no per-learner pricing?
Per-learner pricing punishes success. As you grow, costs spiral. Our model rewards active educators—pay a fixed fee, teach as many learners as your capacity allows. Your cost per learner decreases as volume increases.
Is there really no revenue sharing?
Correct. We charge for the platform, not your earnings. You keep 100% of course fees minus standard payment processing (Stripe/PayPal fees go to them, not us). No transaction fees, no revenue cuts, no surprises.
What if Viizard isn't right for me?
No problem. You can export all your data (courses, learner records, analytics) anytime in standard formats. No lock-in, no penalties. We only want customers who genuinely benefit.
